All online orders can be delivered with Speedy and ECONT shipping companies. Your parcels can be shipped directly to your home or office address or to courrier' local office points within Bulgaria. All articles with a manufacturer' original packaging will be delivered sealed except those products which do not have such original brand packaging available. They will be deliver in plain bags with all needed information for user's needs.

Terms & Conditions for FREE delivery
- All online orders below 100 BGN (VAT incl.) will be charged with shipping fees during check out based on total weight of purchased products and location. You can check shipping rates with all shipping companies before check out.
- For registered user - all online orders over 100 BGN (VAT incl.) and for parcels up to 30khs, we offer FREE economy delivery with Speedy within Bulgaria. Delivery time is 2 -3 working days after dispatching from our warehouse.

VIKIWAT.com works with automated integrated system for shipping cost ' calculation for all online orders based on product' weight, total weight of your parcel and delivery address within Bulgaria and EU countries.

If you want to send your parcel with another courrier company or you have other special requirements regarding delivery for your products, you can always let us know your preference by using the tab: "Special instructions?" during checkout.
