Cata® is a Spanish company established as a manufacturer of aspiration, ventilation and heating products in 1940 in Spain and founded in Torello. In 1951, he created the first aspirator. Since its inception, Cata® has grown and strengthened its position in the market to reach its current leading position. In 1999, it opened a new factory in Xiao Lan, China, the first company in the industry to expand production in that country. In 2001, it established a factory in Brazil, and in 2007, it established another factory in China for the production of electric kitchen appliances such as dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens and many others. The significant innovation capacity, continuous efforts of the research and development department and aggressive international marketing are the main reasons for its success.
