Application

The soldering station is designed for mobile phone and PCB repair, SMD – assembly and disassembly. It has electronic temperature control, which allows precise soldering or desoldering for the specific tin solder used, without having to replace the tip or heater.

Initial start-up and tinning of the tip

When turning on the soldering iron for the first time, it is important that the tip is properly tinned to ensure quality soldering and long tip life.

Turn on the soldering iron and set the temperature regulator to about 280°C,
during the heating process, apply a thin layer of tin to the heated tip,
at the same time, gradually increase the temperature, if necessary, use flux or rosin.

Important!!!

Do not leave the soldering iron working without tin on the tip and do not clean it with abrasive materials.

When not working with the soldering iron, but it should be ready, set the temperature regulator to about 280°C to maintain a temperature close to that for soldering and when necessary increase the temperature to make a solder.
