Graphite carbon brushes

Тhe principle of operation of certain types of electric motors converting electrical energy includes graphite and copper brushes, brush holder systems and switches. Brushes are used in electric motors (electric engines) in washing machines, vacuum cleaners, kitchen appliances, hair dryers, shaving equipment, toys and hand-held power tools (drills, flexes, angle grinders, sanders, jigsaws, cutting machines, screw guns, wrenches, perforators, screwdrivers) used by professionals and amateurs.
If you notice that the machine (tool) makes unusual noise and / or there is sparkling– replace the worn brushes of the whole brush set with brushes having the proper size, rigidness and characteristics.
Auto-stopbrushes – upon reaching a certain degree of wear they stop automatically by means of an inbuilt spring, thus protecting the collector from excessive wear.
