Self-powered solar systems can achieve energy independence - without connection contracts, monthly fees, and the need to build a power grid to your site.

In the construction of solar systems, for the purpose of higher output power and higher output voltage, serial and parallel connection of solar panels according to the manufacturer's requirements can be used.

In these cases, the following requirements are mandatory

solar panels should be from the same manufacturer;
solar panels have the same generated power and voltage;
solar panels should be in the same batch.

When connecting panels from different manufacturers, it is necessary to pre-select the panels according to their V-A characteristics. If any of these requirements are violated, leakage currents in the system and different values of the output voltage from some panels could be observed.

The following requirements must be observed when installing solar panels

it is forbidden to break the integrity of the panel (drilling, cutting, cutting of channels, bending).
mounting is carried out on a flat support surface (frame, construction), using elliptical openings provided by the manufacturer or with suitable brackets in combination with screws, bolts, chrome-nickel-vanadium steel washers. It is imperative to have a distance of 1mm (provided by feder washers) to compensate for the linear expansion due to the heating of the panel during operation.
a blank technological distance of 5 to 10 mm is left between the individual panels to compensate for the temperature expansion (this distance can be filled with suitable elastic seals).
