In the construction of solar systems, for the purpose of higher output power and higher output voltage, serial and parallel connection of solar panels according to the manufacturer's requirements can be used.
In these cases, the following requirements are mandatory
solar panels should be from the same manufacturer;
solar panels have the same generated power and voltage;
solar panels should be in the same batch.
When connecting panels from different manufacturers, it is necessary to pre-select the panels according to their V-A characteristics. If any of these requirements are violated, leakage currents in the system and different values of the output voltage from some panels could be observed.
