Application

The soldering iron is widely used in electronics and electrical engineering. Initial start-up and tinning of the tip

When turning on the soldering iron for the first time, it is important that the tip is properly tinned to ensure quality soldering and long tip life.

Turn on the soldering iron and set the temperature regulator to about 280°C,
during the heating process, apply a thin layer of tin to the heated tip,
at the same time, gradually increase the temperature, if necessary, use flux or rosin.

Important!!!

Do not leave the soldering iron working without tin on the tip and do not clean it with abrasive materials.

When the soldering iron is not working, but it must be ready, set the temperature regulator to about 280°C to maintain a temperature close to that for soldering and when necessary increase the temperature to make solder.
