Initial start-up and tinning the tip

When turning on the soldering iron for the first time, it is important that the tip is properly tinned to ensure quality soldering and a long life of the tip.

Turn on the soldering iron and set the temperature regulator to about 280°C,
during the heating process, apply a thin layer of tin to the heated tip,
at the same time, gradually increase the temperature, if necessary, use flux or rosin.

Important!!!

Do not leave the soldering iron to work without tin on the tip and do not clean it with abrasive materials.

When not The soldering iron is working, but it must be ready. Set the temperature regulator to about 280°C to maintain a temperature close to that for soldering and, when necessary, increase the temperature to make solder.
