Description

Application

A time relay is designed for the construction of automated processes. The main function is load control, according to the set function.

Time relays are suitable for a wide range of applications such as: single machines or industrial automation and automated processes, lighting control, door locks, roller shutters, pumping and irrigation systems, fans and centralized water systems.

Operating functions

Mode A - Delayed switch-on. Starts with the power supply on. After the set time has elapsed, the outputs turn on and remain on until the power supply is off;
Mode B - Delayed switch-off by control signal (S). The power supply is on. The relay is started with a leading edge of the signal (S) and the output contacts are switched on immediately. After switching off Start ( S - trailing edge), the set time begins to run and after it expires the output contacts are switched off;
mode C - on and off with a delay by a control signal (S). The supply voltage is switched on. With the leading edge of (S) the set time begins to run and after it expires the output contacts are switched on. The trailing edge of (S) initializes the same set time, after which the contacts are switched off.
mode D - Cyclic operation. The relay is started with the supply voltage on. The output contacts are switched on immediately and cyclic operation begins with equal intervals "impulse" "pause". With the supply voltage dropping, the relay stops working;
mode E - Interval. The relay is started with the supply voltage on. The output contacts are switched on and after the set time has elapsed, they are switched off. If the supply voltage is switched off before the set time has elapsed, the relay stops working;
mode F - Switch-off with delay after interruption of the control signal (S). The supply voltage is switched on. A signal (Start) is applied. After switching off Start (S - trailing edge), the output contacts are switched on and the set time begins. Until the time has elapsed, subsequent application of a signal (S) does not affect either the contacts or the time. After its expiration, the output contacts are switched off;
mode G - Interval by control signal (S). The supply voltage is switched on. With the leading edge of (S) the output contacts are switched on and the set time begins. Until the time has elapsed, subsequent application of a signal (S) does not affect either the contacts or the time. After its expiration, the output contacts are switched off;
mode H - delay on switching on, with time control by control signal (S). The relay is started by switching on the supply voltage. Time starts running on the leading edge of signal (S). When (S) - trailing edge is switched off, the time counting is temporarily stopped. With a subsequent leading edge of S, the time continues from the point of interruption. Thus, only the times during which signal (S) is switched on are summed up. The output contacts are switched on when the set time expires and switched off with the subsequent falling edge of (S).
