Drivers described above can be downloaded free from the FTDI website. Different 3rd Party Drivers also can work with different operating systems – for more information see the FTDI website. When you want to use FTDI board, you must connect RX to TX from the device, and TX from FTDI to RX from the device.
The only way USB to UART TTL to work is the lines between the device and the board to be crossed and to install the driver:
