The thermostat, also called a temperature controller, is an electrical device that, with the help of a sensor and a probe, monitors the temperature of a given room or electrical device and maintains it in a predetermined range.
Bimetallic thermostats are thermal controllers with a different number of normally open or closed contacts (NO or NC) that serve to automatically switch on and off (ON/OFF) such as heaters or other types of devices in heating systems depending on the ambient temperature environment. They are fixed with a predetermined control temperature and adjustable, operating with a controllable range.
