The thermostat, also called a temperature controller, is an electrical device that, with the help of a sensor and a probe, monitors the temperature of a given room or electrical device and maintains it in a predetermined range.
Capillary thermostats are temperature controllers with a probe that serve to embed various electrical devices for temperature control. Capillary temperature controllers are controllable by means of a potentiometer in a temperature range, with a different number of contacts (NO or NC) and are intended to control the temperature of various ovens, stoves, refrigerators, refrigerated showcases, washing machines, dishwashers, air fryers and others. They can also be used as spare parts for the repair of various electrical appliances.
